Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Cash arrived as a stray and was never claimed by his family. He is about 9 months old, super sweet, likes treats, knows sit and enjoys walks. He has typical puppy energy. Cash is a little shy at first but warms up quickly to women. He is scared of men and may take a lot of time, patience and treats to warm up to them.
We believe Cash is an Australian Cattle dog mix. If you are unfamiliar with the breed please do your research before you think about adopting him. Cattle dogs are a working breed and were bred to herd Cattle by nipping at their ankles, chasing and barking. Some of these behaviors are often shown towards small kids in an attempt to herd like their instincts are telling them to. We have not seen these behaviors from Cash here at the shelter but please keep this in mind and have a plan to keep this Cattle dog exercised and happy.
We are not yet sure how Cash is with cats but he seems to be reactive to most other dogs.
Cash has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and wormed which is included in the $50 adoption fee.
