URGENT!!!! HELP KLEIN BEEORE HE GETS EUTHANIZED!!!! This is Klein, he’s 7 years old. The sweetest, goofiest little boy ever. Pure bred blue Weimaraner. The owners have said they will put him down because of his behavioral issues so he urgently needs to find his forever loving home asap. Klein has such a big personality and spread so much light, but he has a neurological disorder. He sometimes has accidents indoors due to his CNS (central nervous system inflammation) whenever he gets nervous or stressed. He goes very well along with other dogs but sometimes nips playfully, so he needs a home that are extremely patient with him, can teach him manners and basic obedience, and preferably a kid free home so he won’t get stressed out. His owners are offering to pay for his meds (Ciproflaxin) for an entire year ( It costs $81 a month).

Story
A5616525 Tyson is a soft and silky, very sweet new tripod that is still adjusting to getting around on 3 legs. This doesn’t stop him though! He is very obedient and loves to follow his human - from listening to commands like sit to being a cuddly couch potato. He wants very much to snuggle in your lap and be your best friend! Tyson has not had a great life so far, but that can easily change with a kind and gentle person to take him home - could that person be you?      4 year old liver colored Weimaraner/Labrador Retriever mix 60 pound neutered male Came to the Baldwin Park Animal Shelter on 3/31/24 as a stray UTD on vaccines and ready to go home, but health waiver needed due to tripod status - follow w/ outside vet for further diagnostics No other dogs in the home required handler noted that Tyson did not react while walking past kennels, and while he was a bit timid/nervous when meeting another dog through the fence, he warmed up and is likely to get better w/ other dogs over time Super soft fur and super soft w/ people People oriented w/ a gentle demeanor Affectionate and loving  Takes treats gently Very skinny and may have a skin issue - could use some good meals and a spa day!   ------- United Hope for Animals (UHA) is a volunteer group and does not have a facility for animals.  This pet is part of our Shelter Support Program at the Baldwin Park Shelter. For more information about the pet, the adoption process, or our program please contact the Volunteer Adoption Coordinator listed below. Story
FOSTER NEEDED ASAP! Beau is a sweet, shy dog who was abandoned by his former owner. Someone placed his bed and an empty bowl under some bushes and left him all alone. Beau had been living there for several weeks, patiently waiting for his owner. A good Samaritan found Beau and is temporarily keeping him safe. She can only keep him another week. He is very sweet but shy. Beau isn't chipped, and after several weeks of searching, an owner could not be found. The good Samaritan asked every rescue in town if they could help Beau, but no one has foster space. We said we would help if a someone will foster Beau. He's well behaved but needs time to feel safe. Beau is a good natured, affectionate dog who loves to cuddle. He's about 55 lbs, so still a medium-sized dog. He seems to be about 2 yrs old and healthy. If we find a foster, we'll take him to our vet for a thorough exam. If you live in the Southern California area, please email contactus@dexterfoundation.com if you can help Beau. Please share his story. We only have a few days to find a foster or adopter. Please help us find a loving home for this very special boy. He is a young male dog who needs a quiet, gentle, and calm home as he is a bit shy and scared. He warms up to people slowly, but once he does, he bonds very deeply and loves to cuddle and get kisses. He is a dignified boy who is a bit of a couch potato and enjoys lounging around most of the day. Beau is good with smaller dogs, or non-aggressive big dogs. If you have a quiet home with a fenced yard and lots of love to give, please open your heart and home to this sweet boy. He's had a tough start to life and desperately needs a safe and comforting place to call his forever home.
